Medical & Emergency Fund

Joyful Rescues, a 501c3 not-for-profit that has matched over 17,000 adoptable dogs and cats with loving homes since 2003, launched the “Medical & Emergency Fund” on February 14, 2017 to help provide medical care for animals taken into the rescue with extensive special or critical needs.
